Lynne Blain was born in Richmond, Virginia in 1958. Lynne began her career with Browder, Russell, Morris and Butcher. Lynne was a partner at Morris and Morris before joining Harman Claytor in February of 1999. She concentrates her practice in the areas of nursing home/long term care and products liability with particular emphasis on the defense of complex medical cases, including claims of traumatic brain injury. Lynne has lectured on a number of occasions on the ethics of the relationship between the defense counsel, insured and insurer.
