Fritz Damm has many years experience representing clients in the transportation industry. He has represented clients on a wide variety of issues including all facets of employment and labor relations, mergers and acquisitions, collections, freight claims, workers' compensation, and OSHA claims. Mr. Damm is a past President of the Transportation Lawyers Association and current Chair of Recruitment and Member Services, past Chairman and current Director of the North American Transportation Relations Association. Also active in the American Trucking Associations, he is a member of the Defense Research Institute's Trucking Law Committee, the Canadian Transport Lawyers' Association, the Conference of Freight Counsel, the Transportation Loss, Prevention & Security Association, the Michigan Trucking Association, and the Ontario Trucking Association and is on the Board of Directors of the Transportation Club of Detroit.
