represented general contractors, subcontractors, sureties or design professionals in over 20 construction defect cases including the following gulf coast condominiums: sands, ocean house, cotton creek, bluewater, shoalwater, whitecaps, tradewinds, royal palms, west wind, caribbean resort, grand beach, surf side, pelican pointe, perdido skye, grand pointe, windward point and romar place.
participated as an arbitrator on a panel of three in a two-week arbitration in destin, florida on a $600,000 claim alleging defects and deficiencies in the pavillion palms condominium complex, 2000.
participated as an arbitrator on a panel of three in a one-week arbitration on a $1 m claim alleging defects and deficiencies in the miracle hill retirement home project in tallahassee, florida, 2001.
