Lynn M. Roberson is now retired following many years in civil litigation and mediation.

Ms. Roberson is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association (chair of Premises Liability committee 2002-2005 and member of the Board of Directors since 2003, serving as President from 2012-2013.). Lynn served as an elected member of the Board of Directors for the Litigation Section of the Atlanta Bar Association from 1999-2006, serving as its chair in 2004-2005. Lynn served on the Atlanta Bar Board 2005 to 2014. She served as President 2012-2013. She has been an active member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and is past Chair of DRI’s section on Trial Tactics (2004-2006) and is a member of DRI’s Insurance Law committee. She also served on DRI’s 2003 National Nominating Committee and served as a member of its Judicial Task Force 2005-2008. Lynn has served as the GDLA’s State Representative to DRI (2008-2011). She was awarded the Fred Sievert Award by DRI for her leadership of her SLDO.
