W. Kennedy Simpson is a founding member of Thompson Miller & Simpson PLC in Louisville, Kentucky. Mr. Simpson has been involved in the defense of product liability and medical malpractice cases for more than 25 years. He has tried more than 100 cases to verdict in nine different states. Mr. Simpson has been involved in many appellate decisions relating to significant Kentucky product liability law issues. He is a member of PLAC, IADC, ABOTA and DRI (where he has served on the steering committee of the Drug and Medical Device Committee).
