Hilary S. Taylor, a partner with Weston Hurd LLP in Cleveland, Ohio, counsels municipalities for the various entities he represents, including counties, cities, townships and villages. Mr. Taylor has been lead counsel in many public liability trials, including those involving police excessive force, drug raids, chases, jail suicides, jail conditions and liability related to streets and roadways. He is a member of DRI and the ABA. Mr. Taylor was a member of the Advisory Group to Implement the Civil Justice Reform Act and served as chair of the Mass Tort Subcommittee. He is an adjunct professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
