Harvey L. Kaplan is a partner in the Kansas City, Missouri office of Shook Hardy & Bacon LLP. Mr. Kaplan chairs the firm’s Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Litigation Division. He is a fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, the International Society of Barristers and the American Bar Foundation. Mr. Kaplan has served on DRI’s Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the IADC. He is a former chair of DRI’s Drug and Medical Device Committee. Mr. Kaplan was also director of the IADC Trial Academy.
