Firm Information
Good Counsel. “Counsel” is both a noun and a verb. It denotes advice, guidance, and even warning. It acts in the form of advocacy, recommendation, and support. At Ward & Herzog, our role as counselors is integral to all we do. We are Proactive in learning your goal from the start and taking each step of the litigation path with that goal in mind. We have the Experience to get the right result, no matter the challenge. We use our collective Judgment to advance excellence in every aspect of client service. We pride ourselves on providing successful, cost effective legal representation. Our extensive trial experience uniquely enables us to analyze the legal and factual issues in any litigation and prepare an effective, practical defense in a cost efficient manner. We know how important it is to you that we deliver on our promises and that we provide to all clients the security they need to keep their business moving forward without being wholly distracted by litigation. Most important, we are trial lawyers, as familiar with and comfortable in the courtroom as the conference room. We have the experience to know which arena of resolution is right for your case. We have the experience to make risk management a part of every defense, assisting the client in identifying ways to avoid and minimize future claims and damage levels.
