Henry M. Sneath is a shareholder in the Pittsburgh law firm of Houston Harbaugh PC. Mr. Sneath is a trial attorney with more than 30 years of experience and has tried more than 95 jury and non-jury trials to verdict. His commercial litigation practice is concentrated in business and intellectual property disputes (patent, trademark, copyright, trade secrets, licensing etc.) insurance coverage and bad faith claims, energy sector, construction, pharmaceutical, toxic and products liability, cybersecurity and data breach and professional negligence litigation. Mr. Sneath was the 2011-2012 President of DRI, a former member of DRI’s Board of Directors, Past Chair of DRI’s Commercial Litigation Committee and a member of the IADC and the ADTA.
