Representative Cases:

* Defended a nursing home against a claim that four deaths and one injury were caused by morphine overdose administered by a nurse. Plaintiffs sought $5 million dollars in compensatory damages and $15 million in punitive damages. After extensive factual and legal work-up, the case was successfully resolved at mediation.
* Defended an undercover security company against a claim for false imprisonment. Plaintiff was represented by Greg Kafoury. Although significant damages were sought at trial, jury returned a 12-0 defense verdict finding no liability.
