Kurt Gerstner is a Foreign Attorney at Dentons Lee in Seoul, South Korea. Prior to joining Dentons Lee he spent more than 31 years as a trial lawyer in the United States, where he defended high stakes litigation matters throughout the United States. His work has included product liability, drug and medical device and toxic tort cases, commercial litigation matters including patent, trademark and false advertising litigation, aviation litigation, construction litigation, higher education and risk management. He has handled cases in almost half of the United States as well as handling international arbitration matters.

For many years Kurt has served on the Steering Committee of the DRI Commercial Litigation Committee as well as being a member of the Product Liability, Construction and Aviation Committees. He also serves on the DRI Partnering With Industry Task Force and is a past member of the Annual Meeting Committee. At the IADC Kurt has Chaired the Business Litigation Committee, has been a Vice Chair on the ADR Committee and a member of the Product Liability, Transportation and International Committees.

At Dentons Lee Kurt continues to provide advice and assist with strategy development in litigation (including discovery assistance for Asian companies involved in US litigation and their US counsel), international arbitrations and other areas of law.
