Daniel C. Kniffen, a partner with Drew Eckl & Farnham LLP in Atlanta, focuses his practice on workers’ compensation and employment law. He has been a co-author for the annual workers’ compensation survey by the Mercer Law Review since 1989. Mr. Kniffen is a past chair of the Board of Directors of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Atlanta Bar Association and is a member and former chairman of DRI’s Workers’ Compensation Committee. He has been selected by his peers as one of Georgia’s “Super Lawyers” for publication in Atlanta magazine.
