C. Mitchell Brown is the leader of the appellate practice group at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP in Columbia, SC. He has orally argued over 80 cases in appellate courts, including in various State Supreme Court and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal. He has argued in many cases involving state constitutional questions and multi-million dollar verdicts. Mr. Brown has published several articles and given a number of national and state level presentations on appellate practice.
