During his tenure with this firm, Mr. Rincon has also litigated and tried to verdict retaliatory and wrongful discharge cases and continued developing a very active commercial litigation and transportation tort related practice for the motor carrier, railroad, and manufacturing industries.
At Rincon Law Group, Mr. Rincon continues to represent the railroad and motor carrier along with product manufacturers and financial, insurance and other corporate organizations in a broad spectrum of litigation, including commercial and fiduciary litigation.
Mr. Rincon is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a frequent speaker at numerous national and statewide continuing legal education seminars sponsored by the Defense Research Institute, Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, the Trucking Industry Defense Association, and the State Bar of Texas.
