Dwight has handled and taken to trial a wide range of cases covering a variety of fields, focusing on business disputes, class action defense, products liability, toxic tort/environmental claims and insurance coverage disputes. He has represented clients in various state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including courts in Alabama, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Georgia, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia.
A large part of Dwight's practice is the representation of clients before the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) in connection with corrective action plans (recalls), civil penalties and reports and investigations. His practice also includes arbitrations and mediations, and insurance matters. Dwight also frequently acts as local counsel to lawyers and their clients for matters pending in Maryland.
