For 25 years, Phil Friduss's practice has been primarily focused on the representation of public entities and public officials in the great state of Georgia, representing more than 200 different public entities in his career. Mr. Friduss also provides top-tier representation in the areas of correctional medicine/medical malpractice, and labor and employment law.

Mr. Friduss has served as Chairman of DRI's Governmental Liability Committee since 2012, has been named a Georgia Super Lawyer all 11 years such designations have been made, and has enjoyed an AV pre-eminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell for over a decade. Phil's legal column, Towns and the Law, appears monthly in Georgia Municipal Associaiton's flagship publication, Georgia Cities.
