biography: past member of the arkansas bar association's house of delegates, executive council, legal education committee, professionalism task force , arkansas professional practicum committee and president's special task force on lawyer admission and discipline, chair of the young lawyers' section (2000-2001). mr. zuerker serves as an adjunct professor of law, university of arkansas in fayetteville, where he teaches workers' compensation. he is also a member of the arkansas professional practicum faculty, immaculate conception school board and served on the board of directors for western arkansas legal services (2000-2001).
