Kim Martin is a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group in the Huntsville office. Her practice focuses on general litigation with an emphasis on medical device and pharmaceutical, commercial, products liability and labor and employment litigation. Kim also has a wide range of experience in representing media clients on First Amendment issues and defamation claims.

Her litigation experience has included the defense of a medical device manufacturer throughout the Southeast in products liability actions. She also has worked as Regional Counsel on pharmaceutical litigation for a major manufacturer. Kim has also defended numerous companies against claims of discrimination in employment. Her trial experience also includes defense and prosecution of actions for and against companies in disputes arising out of commercial transactions including breach of contract, fraud, and shareholder derivative claims.
