I defend wrongful death and catastrophic injury product liability cases, franchise and commercial disputes, toxic substances litigation including asbestos matters, commercial contract and construction matters, medical device allegations, consequential warranty claims, as well as matters of general liability against domestic and international manufacturers, distributors, and insurers. With 30 years of experience, I have tried cases and handed the appeals of matters in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and Connecticut.
I work with general counsel, national counsel, and insurers to develop a strategy for discovery and overall litigation. I also have conducted and managed the e-discovery efforts of a worldwide leader of mobile devices, and its correlating government anti-trust investigation. In all matters, I develop a close working defense team to provide strategic advice on litigation strategy, cost management, and to aggressively defend the client's interests.
In addition to an active practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and Connecticut, I am a leader in several national and local bar associations.
