Jennifer Henry is a Partner in the Trial Practice Group of Thompson & Knight's Fort Worth and Dallas offices and focuses her practice on aviation, business, and product liability litigation. Her expertise includes representing parties in partnership disputes and other commercial matters, representing commercial airlines in litigation arising from air crash accidents, representing product manufacturers in product liability litigation, and representing corporate insureds seeking insurance coverage for various claims.

Her professional activities include serving as Past Chair of the Aerospace Committee for DRI-The Voice of the Defense Bar; Vice Chair of the Aviation Committee, Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section, for the American Bar Association; Vice Chair Publications for the International Association of Defense Counsel, Past Chair of the Aviation and Space Law Committee for the International Association of Defense Counsel; active member of the International Aviation Womens Association, Texas Association of Defense Counsel, Texas State Bar Association and Tarrant County Bar Association, and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. She is a frequent speaker and writer on aviation, litigation, and professional topics. She received a J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law in 1991 and a B.B.A., magna cum laude, from Texas A&M University in 1988.
