TROY A. BOZARTH, born in Bloomington, Illinois, is a partner of the firm.

Mr. Bozarth’s experience covers trial practice and complex commercial litigation. Practice areas include insurance defense, Jones Act and maritime law, antitrust law, class action and other commercial cases.

Mr. Bozarth earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University (B.A. 1992), his law degree from Drake University School of Law (J.D. 1996) and Masters of Business Administration from Drake University School of Business (M.B.A. 1996).

Mr. Bozarth is licensed to practice in Illinois, and is admitted in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois, and the Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Mr. Bozarth serves on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel ("IDC"). He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Madison County Bar Association, The Bar Association of the Central and Southern Districts of Illinois, the Defense Research Institute and the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel.

He and his family live in Edwardsville, Illinois.
