David is a shareholder of Gaines, Gault Hendrix LLC in Birmingham, Alabama. His practice is devoted to defense of civil litigation including trucking/automobile negligence, products liability, premises liability, insurance coverage, construction defect and general insurance defense. He is admitted to all Alabama Federal Courts and the 11th Circuit, and has been Board Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a member of TIDA, and Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, among others. David has been designated as a Mid-South Super Lawyer since 2010.He is a past chair of DRI's Workers' Compensation committee and a former member of DRI's Center for Law and Public Policy. He currently serves on the Steering Committee for the DRI Trucking Law Committee.
