I am a business and insurance coverage trial lawyer. I represent clients in insurance coverage disputes under liability, property, director and officer, professional liability, errors and omissions, and other insurance policies. My business litigation practice also includes representing clients in securities and FINRA litigation and arbitration, trade secret and non-compete litigation, director, officer and shareholder litigation and product liability litigation. I serve as national coordinating counsel for a world-wide product manufacturer and have successfully represented clients in appellate proceedings. I am admitted to practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
