Firm Information
Our firm originated in 1992 as a dedicated business defense firm, devoted to providing high-quality representation, sound legal guidance and efficient, cost-effective service to defendants. With a background in criminal prosecution, the founding partners of Fletcher Farley developed their philosophy of a focused defense. Unlike other "business litigators" whose approach to all litigation is uniform and over-broad, Fletcher Farley decides the critical issues in each matter from the beginning. For almost 20 years we have focused on the issues that really matter. This approach has led to Fletcher Farley developing a reputation for fast and focused conflict resolution. That is the value we bring to our clients. Today, as an AV®-rated* firm under Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review rating system, Fletcher Farley continues to devote itself to the defendants' side of the docket. However, as times change, so do clients' needs and Fletcher Farley has grown a more diversified practice in order to meet its clients' changing needs. In addition to our reputation for focused handling of litigation, Fletcher Farley has developed a statewide reputation for conflict resolution which has allowed us to grow a statewide practice in negotiations, mediation and arbitration for our clients. Our clients include corporations, insurance companies and governmental entities who value the client-centric, highly responsive and focused legal services that are the hallmark of Fletcher Farley. Fletcher Farley has both trial and appellate sections. Our lawyers aim at rapid conflict resolution through: Use of innovative pre-suit negotiations and investigation Thorough pre-trial and trial preparation Complex pre-trial motions and coverage opinion letters Aggressive defense in trial and post-trial stages Our Dallas office is conveniently located near the intersection of Northwest Highway and Central Expressway (Highway 75) just east of North Park Center.
