Mario is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and a partner with Campbell, Foley, Delano & Adams, Asbury Park, NJ since 2001. He concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation, handling matters involving worker's compensation, automobile law, property and casualty, bodily injury and fraud law. He was born in Brooklyn, New York. He received a B.B.A. in Accounting Information Systems from Pace University in 1985 and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law - Newark in 1992. He is a member and past President of the New Jersey Defense Association (2014-2015) and also a member of the Monmouth Bar Association and DRI (National Director 2023 to present; New Jersey State Representative 2015-2018; Law Practice Management Committee Chair 2021 to 2023; Law Practice Management Committee Publications Committee 2017 to 2019). Mario has been an instructor for the New Jersey Defense Association Trial College and has spoken at seminars sponsored by various insurance companies and industry organizations in the areas insurance law, ethics and fraud investigations. He was the recipient of the 2017 Professionalism Award from the New Jersey State Bar Association Commission on Professionalism. He is the Attorney for the Ocean Grove Sewerage Authority and Municipal Prosecutor for the Township of Ocean (Monmouth County). He was the Chairman of Ocean Township Festival from 2002 through 2021.
