Kurt M. Rozelsky concentrates his practice in transportation, commercial litigation and product liability law. Mr. Rozelsky is active in DRI’s Trucking Law (Committe Chair, 2010-2012, Committee Vice-Chair 2008-10, Program Vice-Chair 2008, Steering Committee 2006-present) and Product Liability Committees. He is also a member of the South Carolina Bar, State Bar of Georgia, ABA-TIPS (Commercial Transportation Litigation Committee, Vice-Chair 2005-08), the FDCC (Trucking Law Committee Chair 2014-15, Vice-Chair 2010-2014), the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorney’s Association, TIDA, the Transportation Lawyers Association and a former member of the Conference of Freight Counsel.
