I help businesses and individuals develop resolution strategies for litigated matters. My practice focuses on the defense of personal injury cases with an emphasis on trucking and other automobile tort cases. I have been involved with DRI in several capacities, including serving on the trucking law and insurance committees, writing for DRI's Uninsured Motorists compendium and attending several seminars and annual meetings. I am past president of Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association and past Mississippi State Bar Commissioner and member of the state bar's executive committee.
