Kathy Davis was the 2014-16 Chair of the DRI Construction Law Committee. Kathy is a Partner with Carr Allison in the firm’s Birmingham, Alabama office. Kathy serves as Chair of Carr Allison’s Construction Law Group, focusing her practice on construction cases and related insurance matters. She is the former Chair of USLAW Network's Construction Litigation Group and a frequent author and lecturer on topics involving construction and insurance. She is recognized as approved counsel for most major insurance carriers. In March 2012, Kathy was selected for inclusion in Birmingham magazine’s Top Attorneys for 2012.
