Jeff Lowe is a partner with Kightlinger & Gray, LLP, in New Albany, Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky. His practice includes the defense of governmental entities and their employees in cases involving constitutional and state law torts throughout Indiana and Kentucky. He also regularly defends general liability, premises liability, transportation, and other matters. Jeff has served in various roles within the DRI Civil Rights and Governmental Tort Liability section, ultimately serving as its chair.
