George Pitcher is a Member in the Portland office. He specializes in civil litigation with an emphasis in defense of professional liability and product liability cases, including defense of former manufacturers and sellers of asbestos-containing products. Mr. Pitcher also practices in the area of employment litigation. He has tried product liability, professional liability, employment and consumer cases in Oregon and Washington state courts and argued cases before the Oregon Supreme Court and Oregon Court of Appeals. Mr. Pitcher represents a number of clients in the defense of asbestos cases and has worked on the defense of numerous mass torts, including breast implant, orthopedic bone screw, Fen-phen, Rezulin, Latex Glove, and vaccine cases.
