Her clients include insurance companies, manufacturers, distributors, hospitality service providers and individuals. She has extensive experience in litigation involving first-party insurance coverage and bad faith claims, primarily in the areas of life, health and disability insurance, including ERISA matters. She also has an active appellate practice.
