Jill Stricklin is a partner in the Winston-Salem, North Carolina office of Constangy, Brooks Smith & Prophete, LLP. She works with employers to prevent and resolve disputes regarding all aspects of the employment relationship. Jill regularly defends employers in a wide range of employment-related litigation, including wage and hour actions, as well as claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and improper denial of leave and benefits. She co-chairs her firm Appellate Practice Group. Jill is actively involved in DRI's Employment Law Committee and a member of its Steering Committee.
