Thamir Kaddouri is a Shareholder who has been admitted to practice in the State of Florida since 1999. Mr. Kaddouri was formerly associated with the Law Firm of Rissman, Weisberg, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue, & McClain, P.A. in Tampa where he handled complex litigation matters involving Medical Malpractice, Real Estate, Personal Injury and Commercial Litigation. He was also the primary attorney responsible for litigating Construction Defects and construction related injury cases for the Tampa Office.

Mr. Kaddouri was a Resident in the Tampa Office of Wicker, Smith, O’Hara, McCoy, Graham, and Ford, P.A. prior to working at Rissman Weisberg, and he handled Class Action cases and general civil litigation matters which involved claims for Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Products Liability, Commercial Litigation and Construction Defects. Mr. Kaddouri was also responsible for managing cases that involved claims for catastrophic injuries and wrongful death in both State and Federal Court.

Mr. Kaddouri first began practicing law in Massachusetts where he served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Boston for approximately 2 years. While there he prosecuted cases, in both Jury Trial and Bench Trial sessions, involving serious violent crimes, motor vehicle offenses, asset forfeiture, domestic violence, and a wide range of narcotics related cases some of which imposed minimum mandatory prison incarcerations. In addition, Mr. Kaddouri worked in conjunction with various federal agencies including the United States Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), United States Secret Service, and Massachusetts Attorney Generals Office in investigating and prosecuting dangerous criminals.
