I have been trying commercial litigation and complex personal injury cases in New York and California for 25 years. I represent large corporations, small businesses and individual professionals in connection with complex business and commercial transactions, class actions and disputes. I provide day-to-day business advice, take a dynamic view of my role as counsel, and consistently work to design ways for my clients to minimize and/or avoid future litigation.
Past Chair & Current Advisor of the Executive Committee of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of California, and a frequent speaker on panels for best practices in litigation and trial and is the co-chair of these events.
Publications Vice Chair of the DRI Retail and Hospitality Committee and past Business Suit editor, Publications Chair Board Member and Commercial Litigation Publications Chair. Regular speaker at retail-law seminars, which include those sponsored by the California Retailers Association and DRI.
Named in the 2012-2016 list of Northern California's "Super Lawyers" in the areas of Business Litigation, Civil Litigation and Products Liability Defense.
