Member Bio

Andy concentrates in the defense of civil litigation of all types, including but not limited to premises liability, personal injury, professional liability, construction defect, construction work site accidents, products liability, employment and contract disputes. He received his B.A. from Colgate University and graduated cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University. He is admitted to the State and Federal courts of New York, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. He served as a director on the board of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association from 2012 -2020, serving as President in 2018-19. Andy currently serves on the Massachusetts Bar Association’s (MBA) Civility and Professionalism Committee. He has also served as a member of the of the Joint Bar Committee on Judicial Appointments which reviews, evaluates, votes and reports on the qualifications of individuals under consideration for all judicial and clerk-magistrate appointments to all Massachusetts courts. Andy also served as a member of the MBA Subcommittee to the Supreme Judicial Court’s Steering Committee on Attorney Well-Being. Andy is a trained mediator, having completed forty hours of mediation training in accordance with M.G.L. c.233 Section 23C. Andy also holds a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
