David W. Zizik is an insurance coverage, bad faith and defense trial attorney who has represented clients in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and the New England Region for over 35 years. He is a Fellow of the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel, has received the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory ("AV Preeminent"), was selected as a Massachusetts and New England Super Lawyer, and is listed in Best's Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys and Adjusters. David has served as Minority Counsel to the Rhode Island Senate (1981), President of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys (ADTA) (2013-2014), and as a member of the Board of Directors of DRI-The Voice of the Defense Bar (2012-2015).
