Areas of Practice
Minton Mayer’s practice is focused on representation of long-term care
providers, assisted living facilities and other health care providers. He has
extensive trial experience.
Minton’s professional practice and volunteer experience as General Counsel
and Vice President of a nursing home provide him with unique insight into
the operational, compliance, risk management and board functions of longterm
care providers. His awareness of his clients’ day-to-day opportunities
and challenges beyond litigation allow him to better serve their needs.
While Minton works out of the Quintairos Memphis and Nashville
offices, he regularly travels throughout Tennessee and is also licensed to
practice in Arkansas. He is a Tennessee Rule 31 Listed General Civil
Mediator. Minton is an avid fly fisherman and spends as much time as
possible at his cabin in Heber Springs, Arkansas, with his wife, three sons,
daughter and dog. He also coaches youth sports and loves the Pittsburgh
Steelers.
