Paul A. Wilhelm is an employment and ERISA litigator. He efficiently and effectively represents regional and national employers in all aspects of ERISA litigation, wage-and-hour litigation and compliance, discrimination and retaliation charges and litigation, union and non-union arbitrations, and noncompete and trade secret litigation; and he counsels employers on workforce management.

Paul has represented employers and other clients in litigation in matters located in over 15 states, whether in state or federal court, and has managed litigation on a regional basis, providing consistent treatment of matters for clients across state lines.

Paul has been active in both civic and professional life. He is an active member of DRI—The Voice of the Defense Bar, and serves as Chair of the ERISA Litigation Subcommittee within DRI’s Employment and Labor Law Committee. He previously served as founding Chair of the FLSA Subcommittee. He has also been active with the Notre Dame Club of Detroit, serving as a Director since 2008, President (2012-13), and a key member of the leadership teams that won numerous top awards from the Notre Dame Alumni Association.
