Mr. Jackson major practice areas are defending attorneys and other professionals in liability claims, defending bar or similar licensing complaints, handling insurance coverage and bad faith disputes, and defending catastrophic personal injury cases, mostly in premises liability matters. He also represents companies and professionals in various types of fiduciary liability claims, complex commercial litigation, and employment discrimination claims. He has also been retained as appellate counsel and filed amicus curiae briefs.

Mr. Jackson received a B.A., magna cum laude, in Economics and Mathematics at Wabash College, where he was recognized as the college's top economist. He received his J.D., Order of the Coif, at the University of Kentucky College of Law and served as Assoc. Ed. of the University of Kentucky Law Review. Mr. Jackson has participated as a speaker on legal ethics, litigation practice and abusive litigation at several Georgia Bar and privately organized CLE seminars, has been published in For The Defense, and has been named a Rising Star in the Georgia legal community by Law & Politics Magazine's Super Lawyer publications three years in a row.

Mr. Jackson is a member of the bar in the states of Georgia and Kentucky. In addition to DRI, he is a member of the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association and the Lawyers' Club of Atlanta.
