Attorney Spaulding focuses her practice in all aspects of civil litigation in the State and Federal courts in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Her trial experience has encompassed a wide variety of matters including torts, premises liability, automobile liability, breach of warranty, breach of contract, M.G.L. c. 93A, commercial litigation, environmental and toxic torts. Attorney Spaulding has participated extensively in Alternative Dispute Resolution, including arbitrations and mediations. She is a member of both the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bar Associations. She is a current member of the Board of Directors for MassDLA.
