Rosary A. Hernandez was named a National Director of DRI-The Voice of the Defense Bar at the organization’s recent annual meeting in New Orleans. Hernandez is a partner with Tiffany & Bosco PA. Founded almost 60 years ago, DRI is the largest professional organization in the country exclusively representing defense bar attorneys.

Hernandez has been a member of DRI for fifteen years. She has served on seventeen DRI committees, task forces, and subcommittees, including as chair of DRI’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She has been a featured speaker at fifteen DRI seminars and written several articles for DRI Publications.

Ms. Hernandez is a first generation Cuban-American and has earned the "AV Preeminent" Peer Review rating as a trial lawyer and litigator. She was also named as one of "Arizona Finest Lawyers" in 2011, 2012, 2013. Rosary’s areas of concentration include commercial and business litigation, professional liability defense, construction law and tort defense. She has also been involved in transactional work for various companies, assisting her clients with risk transfer and management.

Since 1993 she has represented numerous clients in litigation and arbitrations in Texas, Arizona and California. Ms. Hernandez has expertise in managing complex matters ranging from catastrophic injury and professional malpractice claims to large commercial and construction-related disputes. For the last several years her practice has focused on construction related matters, assisting developers, builders and contractors manage their risk through challenging economic circumstances.

Ms. Hernandez is a graduate of University of Texas at Austin and received her law degree at Notre Dame Law School (J.D., 1993). She is admitted to practice in Arizona, California, Texas and New Mexico.
