James F. Marrion is a partner in the firm of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP and is the leader of the Product Liability Practice Groups.
Mr. Marrion focuses his practice in the areas of product liability, specifically pertaining to the automotive, recreational vehicle and aviation industries. He has successfully represented manufacturers and distributors in all aspects of product liability and breach of warranty lawsuits in both federal and state courts. Mr. Marrion's success includes defense jury verdicts and awards at jury trials, arbitrations and summary judgements. Mr. Marrion has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star in Business Litigation for 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.
Mr. Marrion served as Chair and Vice-Chair of the Defense Research Institute’s Biomechanics & Injury Causation Specialized Litigation Group of the Product Liability Committee, one of the largest and most active committees in DRI.
While attending the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Mr. Marrion was a semifinalist in the Moot Court Competition and Trial Counseling Competition. While attending Villanova for his undergraduate degree, Mr. Marrion was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. Prior to joining Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP, Mr. Marrion clerked for the Honorable Judge Kate Ford Elliott of the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
