Dessislava (Dessi) N. Day is a Partner at Greene & Roberts, LLP, San Diego, California. Dessi has been practicing law in California for over 23 years, during which time she has represented employers in a wide variety of employment law disputes, including wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and individual claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation whistleblower, and trade secret violations. Dessi counsels employers on employee discipline, leaves of absence, accommodations, compensation, and employment agreements. Dessi is actively involved in several professional organizations. She is the immediate past chair of the DRI Employment Law Committee and is a National Director on the DRI Board of Directors. Dessi has served on the Employment Law Steering Committee of ELL for two decades. She is a past DRI Employment and Labor Law Seminar Chair and is a member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel.
