I defend health care providers, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers and distributors, and others facing claims of liability for a catastrophic personal injury. My experience includes representing clients against allegations of medical malpractice, product defects, negligence, fraud, and unfair and deceptive trade practices. I've represented clients before their professional licensing boards, in binding arbitration, and in state and federal court litigation. I am licensed to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina.
