Bill is a partner in Thompson Hine LLP's Product Liability Litigation and Construction practice groups. He focuses his practice on risk avoidance, litigation, and dispute resolution concerning commercial, consumer, and building products, injuries to persons and property, and claims involving owners, contractors, architects, engineers, construction managers, and other construction professionals. He regularly counsels clients on mass tort and class action litigation.

Bill has both trial and arbitration experience and has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the 8th Appellate District of Ohio. Bill is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Bill has appeared in numerous other jurisdictions throughout the United States.
