Jason Hendren has a trial-oriented practice in the areas of insurance defense (including medical professional negligence, products liability and coverage disputes) and representation of corporate clients in the healthcare industry (in connection with HIPAA, EMTALA, opioids, and on-line reputation management). He has represented medical care providers throughout the State of Arkansas in a variety of personal injury and healthcare regulatory matters for more almost twenty-five years.

Mr. Hendren is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association Board of Trustees, the Benton County Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute (former Arkansas State Representative and Southwest Regional Director), and the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel (former president). In 2017 and 2019, he received gubernatorial appointments to serve as a Special Associate Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court, and as a member of the Arkansas History Commission (immediate past chairperson). He is also the immediate past president of the Arkansas Bar Foundation.

Mr. Hendren is frequently asked to speak on medical liability issues and has published articles in scholarly and trade journals on subjects including peremptory challenges, spoliation of evidence and tort reform. He has been recognized by his peers in Mid-South Super Lawyers and Chambers USA. He holds an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell. In 2019, he received the Outstanding Defense Attorney Award from the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel.
