Kristina N. Holmstrom is a shareholder at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash Smoak & Stewart, P.C. in Phoenix, Arizona. She has a multi-jurisdictional practice representing large insurers throughout the Southwest—both in trial court and on appeal. She serves as lead counsel in defending insurers and employers against claims for ERISA benefits, claims for breach of fiduciary duty, and state-law claims for bad faith and breach of contract for all types of insurance policies. She also assists insurers in pursuing claims for rescission and interpleader.
