Kimberly A. Davis is a co-founding member of SpyratosDavis LLC in Lisle and Chicago, IL. Kim’s practice includes the defense of large loss claims arising out of construction, healthcare, premises, property and automobile claims, special investigations, large loss subrogation and risk management.

Kim has presented at numerous continuing legal education events locally, statewide, and nationally on the topics of trial practice, traumatic brain injuries, use of biomechanical experts, accident investigation, and civil litigation. Kim recently received the Inspirational Woman Award for 2017 from the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers. Kim is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Bench and Bar Section (2012-2016) and served as chair of the ISBA’s Civil Law & Practice Section Council (chair, 2010-2011, member 2006-2012). Kim is a Past President of the American Inns of Court-DuPage County Chapter and the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers. Kim served on the ISBA Assembly for the 18th Judicial Circuit (2014-2017, 2007-2009).

Kim is also active in local bar associations. Marsh, at a firm for 16 years before deciding to open their own firm devoted to civil litigation and defense of significant claims alleging traumatic brain injury, severe orthopedic injuries, and wrongful death, along with commercial litigation disputes, skilled care and long term care, family law, and corporate law.
