Bianca Graziela Liston received her B.S. from Nova Southeastern University in 1997, majoring in Political Studies. Thereafter, she attended Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law School where she graduated in December of 2001. At Shepard Broad Law School, she was a candidate for Law Review. Ms. Liston began her law career in 2002 in the South Florida area. Since then, her practice has focused in the areas of products liability, premises liability, amusement park litigation, commercial litigation, administrative and appellate law. Ms. Liston is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. She has presented argument before the Supreme Court of Florida. Ms. Liston was recognized by the Florida Bar for her contribution in writing two chapters of The Florida Bar Pro Se Appellate Handbook.
