Firm Information
CDS' insurance law practice group packs a punch as powerful as those of much larger firms. Nearly half of the firm's lawyers devote a substantial part of their practices to insurance matters. From high-stakes bad faith litigation to practical advice on insurance coverage issues, we work with large property & casualty insurers and small specialty insurers to provide the level of attention and expertise needed to get the job done right.

Our attorneys evaluate each case at the outset to identify issues, develop appropriate litigation strategies, communicate with the clients along the way to keep them informed and involved, and always have an eye toward obtaining the desired objective in the most cost-effective manner possible. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, and our ability to produce a big-firm caliber product without the big-firm price tag.

Half of CDS' lawyers are Southwest Super Lawyers or Rising Stars, and three of our attorneys are recognized in the Insurance Law category. Steve Dichter and Doug Christian also appeared on the cover of Best Lawyers in 2012 and have been honored numerous times as some of Arizona's finest lawyers in their respective practice areas. Gena Sluga was recognized in 2013 by Southwest Super Lawyers as one of Arizona's Top 25 Women Lawyers.
